2008 North American ESA Conference, Tucson, AZ

Dear ESA Colleagues,

The regional North-American ESA meeting will be held at the West Ward Look resort, Tucson, from Thursday November 13 (reception) through Saturday November 15.  In an effort to bring in "flesh blood" from related disciplines the conference will have marketing and prediction markets as special themes.  Submissions with a focus on either theme are highly encouraged, as are regular experimental papers.  
 
Uri Gneezy and I are pleased to announce that Joel Huber (Duke), Leif Nelson (UCSD) and John Ledyard (Caltech) have agreed to deliver keynote lectures.  More information about the conference can be found at:

Registration for faculty (student) members is $250 ($150).  This registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks.  Please register by October 14, 2008 and please also remember to make your reservation at the WWL by that time.  After October 14, registration fees for the conference will increase to $300 ($200) for faculty (student) members and we will lose the special ESA rate for rooms at the WWL.
